How to find your Order
1. Select
Your Account from the Customer Login Panel

2. Select
Order History from the Your Account panel
3. Your orders are listed.
4. Status
The status column shows how your order is progressing.
Completed
Your order has been paid for, and posted to you. You can use the
item number that was emailed to you and this
track and trace link to find your Express Post Platinum parcel history from Australia Post.
Processing
Your order has been paid for, and is waiting for us to post the parcel to you.
Pending
Your order has been received and we are waiting payment.
No money has been paid by you.
This is usually the case when you have chosen the
Direct Deposit method of payment and we are waiting for the money to be deposited into our bank account. Postage is normally the same day as we receive the money.
This status can also result from your attempting to place an order, getting as far as the Payment Gateway and then changing your mind.
They may also occur if your credit card payment fails or is declined.
Pending orders (resulting from the credit card payment gateway) will be automatically cancelled and then deleted from the system when over 7 days old. You will not be notified.
Pending orders (resulting from the Direct Deposit) will be held for 7 days. If no payment has been received at that time, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
